High-pressure water mist fire protection for ship galley deep fat fryers and exhaust ducts. Deep fat fryer protection is isolated from the main tubing network with its own release valve. Exhaust duct spray heads are installed inside the duct wall and protected from clogging with cooking grease; in case of fire, spray heads pop up to discharge water mist.
