Danish manufacturer and pioneer of SEM-SAFE high-pressure water mist and low-pressure CO2 fire suppression systems for the marine, offshore, and land-based industries. Formed in 2006 when Danfoss A/S and Semco Maritime A/S merged their fire safety operations, combining Semco Maritime's 50+ years of fire system engineering with Danfoss's leadership in high-pressure pumps, nozzles, and valves. Headquartered in Odense, Denmark, with a production facility in Tianjin, China. Acquired by Siemens Smart Infrastructure in December 2024 and rebranded as SEM-SAFE Fire Safety A/S under the Sinorix portfolio. Danfoss is the only water mist supplier with in-house development and production of all three critical components: nozzles, pumps, and valves.
